I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very tired and old, with cleanliness issues like a dirty bathroom. However, the amazing view from the balcony at sunrise and the nice breakfast lifted the stay up. The service needed improvement but had some bright spots like always-friendly staff. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are so nice, just a five-minute walk to the beach with many shops around. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the bar has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety of food. Thanks to Noky Sake Boy for taking care of us. The only downside was the noise and the long walks to get to the room, but with the Oceanview, it was worth it; the rooms are well-appointed, spacious, with good views, and superbly serviced.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff, especially Ji, Yang, and Best, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were superb, and the view of Kara Beach was outstanding. There were some hair strands on the floor, though. The hotel is perfect for families, with a fantastic pool area and great breakfast served by None and Yui.
I was looking for peace and quiet but ended up with a lovely sea view in a room on a busy noisy main road. The room size was excellent with a very comfortable bed, but the significant number of steps to climb up due to the insufficient lifts was a downside.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just minutes away from the stunning Kata beach and within easy reach of the main road, yet offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms were exceptional, clean, and comfortable, but there was a slight inconvenience with a room change. I will definitely return with my family in the future, as I truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the team.
